I work with digital marketing teams to help businesses find success in promoting their services or product online and providing technological as well as business consultation along the way. I have managed social media accounts, orchestrated internal teams and vendors, tackled client-facing communications and educated myself on up-to-date technological trends to meet the needs of our clients.

Zero latency
Dallas (DFW) & Houston

Digital Marketing (B2C) 

Zero Latency Dallas and Houston are stand-alone B2C businesses with identical branding. I, with the help of our paid media and creative teams, increased Houston's month over month ticket sales by 31.7% on average, and established both stores as the top performing Zero Latency locations in the US. Zero Latency Houston even went on to achieve the accolade of highest grossing Zero Latency location in the world for the month of July, 2021. 

Social Media Management 

I manage Facebook, Instagram, and web platforms as well as Google My Business listings for each store.
 

My responsibilities include :

Account Management

I meet with store owners on a weekly basis, deliver performance reports, coordinate and strategize with internal terms and facilitate overall communication between our team and the client. 

Success

Since the reopening of both stores after the Covid-19 shut down in May 2021, we have a had tremendous success. My team and I have successfully increased revenue, utilized store social media accounts, established in-house influencer programs and adapted to social norms by coming up with creative content campaigns to promote safety and fun.

Digital Marketing (B2B)

Shoppa's is based out of Fort Worth, TX and is one of the largest privately owned warehouse solutions companies in the US. Our team was tasked with helping meet its revenue goals for 2022. We proposed an ABM funnel approach that would work to drive business with retail clients breaking ground in the local metroplex. As of November 2021, we continue to launch campaigns to reach milestones and enable Shoppa's robust sales department to increase deal velocity with leads.

I wear different hats to coordinate paid media, management, strategy and creative departments to complete deliverables; such as onboarding, strategy & content development, funnel deployment and reporting to best meet the needs of our clients.
